The Techpro Torpedo 3 is an inflatable single-chamber buoy, with elliptical shape and reinforced with a Nylon cover. It is designed specifically for snorkeling and freediving. It comes with a 20m orange rope with 2 plastic swivel carabiners.

Its outer cover is made of heavy duty 420D Nylon while the inner chamber material is made of 0.4mm PVC It is constructed with high frequency bonding of the inner chamber.
It has a durable nylon handle, a removable yellow flag with a red stripe and the Y/D indicator, an ideally sized valve as well as 6 retaining rings, type "D" on the underside
