Groupex CHP Pulleys

It is a product of the Groupex Premium Line 2025 series. The pulley's constracted is made of 2mm thick stainless steel,
the mounting spacers of the rope loops construction are made of polyacetal and the roller is made of Mitsubishi Ertalyte TX.

A high quality internally lubricated material that exhibits superior dimensional stability, high wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. These characteristics make Ertalyte TX ideal for use in applications requiring high pressure, high speed conditions as well as reduced noise in contact with other materials such as metal.

Groupex CHP pulleys are designed to easily remove and add rope loops with the removal of a tire screw. They are tested to extremely high loads for use on Invert Roller. Provision has also been made so that two bands can be fitted in one compartment by fitting cylindrical pieces which are included in the package!

Features of Groupex CHP Pulleys:

The outer diameter of the rollers in all constructions is 16,6mm which is compatible with rope of 2-3mm diameter, while all constructions have a thickness of 10,3mm.

CHP.12:The lightest of the range with a pair weight of 21,4gr and dimensions 27,4*16,6mm. Made for one or two pairs of bands. In the case of two bands we prefer the rope loop from the primary band to be on the inner side of the cylindrical piece.

CHP.24:Extremely robust yet compact with pair weight 31,5gr and dimensions 27*26mm. Made for two, three and four pairs of bands.

CHP.36:The sturdiest construction in the range, with pair weight 43,2gr and dimensions 27,6*35,7. Built to take from three to six pairs of bands. This particular package contains two pairs of special cylindrical pieces.
