The weights can be inserted through the circular holes in the Neoprene fabric. Using the elastic cord, you can tie the plastic D-ring at one end and form a loop at the other. This loop allows you to secure the cord around a weight on your vest, preventing the weight on your back from shifting or moving when you are in a head-down position.
