Returns for non-defective products.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have 7 days to return your unused, fully functional products, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging (does not apply to personalized spearguns, uniforms of any type and product promotions). In this case, the cost of returning and shipping the replacement products will be borne by you. You must also attach the copy or original of the invoice.

Returns for defective products.

Groupex will always check the appearance and functionality of the product and carefully package it to reach you safely.

Groupex will repair or replace your products if they prove to be defective. 

In this case, Groupex will bear the shipping and return costs to you.
